STRUCTURE
The organizational and organic structure of the Commissioner for Supervision of the Civil Service shall be approved by the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, in accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 152/2013 “On the Civil Servant”, as amended.
The initial structure was approved by Assembly Decision No. 98/2014 “On the approval of the structure, organizational structure and categorization of job positions of the Commissioner for the Supervision of the Civil Service”, amended by Decision No. 27/2022, Decision No. 91/2022 and finally Decision No. 37/2024.
Any change in structure, organizational structure or categorization of job positions is made only by decision of the Assembly, based on the proposal of the Commissioner, guaranteeing transparency and parliamentary control over the institutional organization.
ORGANIZATIONAL
The organizational structure approved by the Assembly with Decision No. 37/2024, provides for 37 job positions. The detailed breakdown of the organizational structure, including the management level, relevant directorates and support units, is presented in the official organizational chart published below, which reflects the current functional organization of the institution.
