REGULATORY ACTS
This section publishes regulations and acts approved by the Commissioner for Civil Service Supervision, in function of the organization and internal functioning of the institution.
In accordance with Article 11/6 of Law No. 152/2013 “On Civil Servants”, as amended, the Commissioner adopts the Internal Regulations and other organizational acts that regulate work procedures, ethical standards, resource management and other internal institutional issues.
The acts published in this section have an internal organizational and regulatory character, without producing general normative effects outside the institution, except when otherwise provided by law.
