The Institution of the Commissioner for the Supervision of the Civil Service is headed by Ms. Lefterije Lleshi (Luzi), elected by the Assembly of the Republic of Albania, Commissioner for the Supervision of the Civil Service, with Vendimin nr. 103/2025, datë 4. 12. 2025.

The Institution of the Commissioner for the Supervision of the Civil Service was established in accordance with Law No. 152/2013, “On the Civil Servant”, (amended by law no. 178/2014 and law no. 41/2017), as the responsible body that supervises, primarily or at the request of institutions, the implementation of the law in the administration of the civil service, in all institutions that employ civil servants.
